Effective Date: 10/16/2025At Kambocito, all of our work is rooted in deep integrity, intention, and preparation. Every ceremony or service offered is the result of spiritual alignment, energetic commitment, and mutual trust between practitioner and participant.Because of the time, energetic preparation, and limited availability involved in holding space for sacred medicine work, all bookings are non-refundable.✧ Deposits & Payment PlansAll deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. When you reserve your spot for a Kambo ceremony or series, that space is held specifically for you and cannot be transferred or resold.If you are on a payment plan:You are responsible for completing the full balance, regardless of attendance or participation.Missed payments may result in the cancellation of future sessions.✧ ReschedulingWe understand that life happens. You may request to reschedule your session one time with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability. Requests received with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be accommodated and will be considered a late cancellation.✧ EmergenciesIn the case of true emergencies (medical, family crisis, etc.), we may offer the opportunity to transfer your booking to a future date. This is not guaranteed and is considered on a case-by-case basis.✧ No-Shows & Late ArrivalsNo-shows forfeit their session and payment.If you’re running late, you must text your practitioner immediately. Failure to communicate may result in your session being canceled without refund.💛 This work is sacred. It requires readiness, responsibility, and presence. When you commit to this process, I commit to holding space for you fully. Please honor the energetic container by arriving prepared and respecting the boundaries of time, energy, and exchange.
